Sullivan County is located approximately 90 miles North West of New York City, nestled in the Catskill Mountains.As you can see from the map Sullivan is a fairly large county with a surprisingly small population at around 80,000 full time residents. Its variety of terrain makes it unique and a great place to own a second home with your choices of lakes, rivers, mountains and rich rolling farmland.
